Counsellor Jake

Hi, I’m Jake

Through my journey during the counselling degree that I completed in 2011 and also through my own personal therapy and self-development, I discovered that we all possess our own inner guiding light, but many people have not yet learnt to tune into it - this is completely normal.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, low self-confidence, stress, addiction and confusion around gender or sexual orientation. We will work together to first understand what underpins these issues for you and to then co-create the best strategy for your journey towards the life you want. Everyone is different, so the way we tackle these issues will be customised to you!
